People Connectors is an organization that provides opportunities to create new, and enhance existing, professional and social connections through engaging events with a diverse range of interests and topics.
We bring good people together to connect, engage, and flourish through fun, unique events that provide great connections and enrichment for all who are involved.
At People Connectors, we recognize that you have multiple options for connecting with people. We know there are professional organizations, networking groups, fraternal organizations, social groups, referral networks, chambers of commerce, and others. They each have different objectives and their own requirements. We do that with all of those groups, with the simple objective of connecting good people. And to us, good people possess the values of trust, respect, and honesty. Those are our people!
People Connectors founders, Sydnee Bagovich and Cindy Ellek, have 40+ combined years of experience in a variety of industries including marketing and media, printing, hospitality, nonprofit, human resources, and financial services.
The founders have held roles in management, business development, marketing, event planning, public relations, promotion, and project management.
Over the years, we have made thousands of contacts and built long-lasting, valuable relationships. We are connectors extraordinaire with a gigantic Rolodex of connections.
We have the special gift of attracting good people. We are highly skilled at strategically connecting people when they need products or services – whether it’s for their businesses or for them personally.

I am an Introvert! I love working by myself! That was until I met Sydnee. She is a Magnet to us introverts! She is just so warm and caring and happy. I met Sydnee at a business Expo about a year and a half ago when she approached my booth - this vibrant, attractive woman with an electric smile and an attitude to match. I wanted to be her friend.
I was at a difficult period in my life a “fish out of water”. I had been going through several major life changes including a new home in a different town not knowing anyone all in the midst of the pandemic. Along comes Sydnee, and her amazing energy and love of life. She just scooped me up, and we became fast friends. She identifies as a “People Connector” and has the beautiful gift of creating business and personal relationships that last, hence her new venture – People Connectors. Of all the people I've met in my life, Sydnee Bagovich is one that stands out the most. I met Syd in 1985, and we hit it off immediately. I’m an introvert. Syd is so opposite of me, but because of her, I've become a better person. She is the most trustworthy person I have ever met in my life and always sees the good in people no matter who she encounters.
Syd has regular get-togethers to bring people together for a day of laughter and friendship. She meets new people no matter where she is. If she can't help you with something, I know she will try to find you someone who can. So needless to say People Connectors is a perfect venue for her. She's the best!!
I met Cindy – a friend and the other half of People Connectors – at many of Syd's get-togethers. She is very knowledgeable and sweet, and so much like Syd. That's why they work so well together. Together, I know they will make People Connectors a great success.
It is absolutely THERAPY for me. With so many different women in so many different parts of their lives, every time I’m with them/you, I learn new things, I’m comfortable sharing my stuff, I laugh, I empathize. I went to an event for People Connectors and was a little nervous being my first event to attend. However, first time meeting Sydnee and Cindy of People Connectors made the butterflies instantly disappear with how welcoming they are. I was introduced to a lot of people who were all excited and determined to connect with each other. I am really looking forward to the next event and excited to be part of such a wonderful group of people.
