About Our Program
Join us for this lunchtime class that is suitable for all levels – focusing on how to incorporate breath, mindfulness, movement, and relaxation into your daily routine. This transformative and rejuvenating experience will leave you feeling empowered, inspired, and renewed.
Yoga mats will be available, or you may bring your own – and a towel!
